A REAL mix tape?? Not a burned CD?? LOVE IT!!!! I remember sitting in my basement making those when I was in high school... I even had a guy I liked give a mix tape to me... that was the best thing ever!

so funny!!! i actually broke down and burned a new cd for myself today....it made me laugh! i haven't done that in forever!!!
Were tapes even a part of your lifetime? They were of mine, of course, and I've made many a mixed tape. We were just talking the other day about what a great format tapes were because they could totally get messed up and you just wind that tape back on there and they still worked like a champ, unlike CDs that get a scratch and are ruined and won't play. Good times.
