Twenty-something living in Southern Louisiana - finally starting to feel at home somewhere I've lived my whole life. Rediscovering the Gulf Coast one {fried shrimp, stately plantation home, dirt road, familiar face, ice-cold beer, nonsensical road trip} at a time.

i LOVE that photo!! i have that feeling fairly often as well - i just have to remind myself that it's the present that matters most
I do my best to live in the here and now. I've learned that NOW is all we've really got anyway.
i know just what you mean... but i guess we just have to work that much harder now, to to make our future what we want it to be. {@ least that's what i'm telling myself...}.
;)
I try to live in the present with an eye towards the future. One day at a time! Cheers, cher!
This totally reminds me of The Time Traveler's Wife. Have you read it? If not, I highly recommend it!
If I could give my young self advice now I am my older self I would say "don't focus too much on the tomorrows put your energy in to today!! as too much is out of our control and time spent holding off and planning is time wasted" - Just do what makes YOU happy and the rest will fall in to place !! xx
