I love bavarian creme in mine! Or chocolate. I have to say I don't like plain ole cinnamon unless it is from a GOOD king cake place.

I have never experienced the gloriousness of a King Cake, but coconut & cream cheese or chocolate filling sounds pretty tasty to me. :)

The best filling by far, is the pecan praline. I am particular to Paul's King Cakes. These also don't have the sugar on top, instead they have frosting and sprinkles.
